Description
You’ll flip over this class! Learn and improve the most common theater gymnastics tricks: from rolls, cartwheels, and even back handsprings. You will learn basic warm-ups, stretching exercises and techniques to avoid injuries. This high-energy class is conducted by a qualified gymnastics/dance instructor.
