We are seeing American Sign Language everywhere! It is being seen in concerts, movies, TV
productions and even in Broadway shows. ASL is a complete, natural language and is
expressed by movements of the hands and face. In theater, ASL uses pantomime, facial
expressions, body movements and stance, and grows so much confidence.
In this class, we will explore ASL’s beauty, its language, its unique way of expressing yourself, and then use it in
theater.
